.....and law of attraction, positivity etc. But I feel not motivated enough as I feel that it is too late for me even to feel happy as I am older now and getting older. I am 36. not even married. I feel I wont have a good life from now on because of my age.

I am not 18, 20, 25 any more. not even 30. I feel old for all this.

How can I motivate myself?

First of all age is nothing but a number. You are as old as you feel. Who says that just because you are a certain age that you cant be as healthy as someone who is younger. Aging doesnt mean that your health has to decline, and you are never too old to improve your health. I am young and a competitive runner, and I have seen people in their 70's run marathons faster than me. Age means nothing. Your body is a living thing, and everything can be healed and fixed. Also, everything happens for a reason, and you WILL find the person for you. As long as you live everyday as if the sun rose just for you, than you will be be happy and healthy. Just remember that everything happens for a reason, and things will go your way. You are never too old for anything as long as you dont think you are.

Read 'Bad Childhood, Good Life'. It is all up to you, but sometimes it helps to get different perspectives to jumpstart that motivated feeling.
