I have a crush on this guy. We flirted off and on last year, but neither one of us was brave enough to step it up to the next level. After we were off a while from summer break, it seems like i turn him off. I dont know if i should persuee the relationship?

if you really like him, then go up to him and tell him how you feel and that you want a relationship with him. If he doesn't, then you'll know, and can move on. If so, then good luck!
If you aren't bold enough to make the first move, and neither is he, then whats the rush. Be friends, and enjoy life. If something happens with him, awesome, if someone else comes along who likes you, go for it.
