If you go to a Ford dealer(parts dept) Take proof of ownership and registration they will cut new keys for you for ignition and door locks. Usually for just the price of the keys.They will pull up the VIN # and what key code the car uses.

You can take the car to a locksmith, They can rekey just the doors and cut new keys. for the ignition, Not sure but around 150 would be the cost.

go to a ford escort dealer or garage mechanic u can get a new pair

For that reason I would never carry both keys in the same place..
