The VERY BEST thing that you can use is a blackhead extractor.
You can get them an any beauty supply. I've bought a few and the greatest one is made by Revlon. I purchased mine actually at a Wal-Mart for about $4.97. My daughter gets blackheads just awful on her nose and she hates for me to try to mess with them.
She just presses the "hole" of the extractor over the dome of the blackhead and the core just pops up through the center of the hole. It leaves no marks and is so easy. I took her to the dermatologist on Thursday, and he was really pleased that we were using one. He says that they use them in their office also.
Wash your face twice a day with Johnson and Johnson Purpose soap. Follow with a cold water rinse. Moisturize (you just have to!!)
with Neutrogena Oil-Free Moisture with SPF 15. I do this and so does my 13yr old. Both of us have really stopped having problems since we started this regimen. Her Dr says her skin looks great! Good Luck.

Steam your face once a week for 3 to 4 minutes to open up the pores. Use a home made face scrub using the white of an egg and a little salt.More cheap and natural remedies for black and white heads at the link below.

Tee tree oil pads work very well.... But the unfortuanit thing is that it smells bad... it has such a strong stench that evn my dog ran away from me.... But it works well at night when noone is around.

Baby wipes also work well if you have a younger sibbling...

Use some pore strips. You wet them, stick them on your problem areas and peel them off after a few minutes.
