Back in the 6th grade when I was 11, a girl that I liked a very lot asked me out. I was stupid and I realy didn't know what to say, so I hesitated and said no. I am 13 now and I finnaly had the guts to go ask her out. She said that she likes me, but she has a boyfriend already, so I told her that if anything went bad between her and him, that I am always avaible for her. She smiled and said ok, and thats the last I've talked to her. Since then I have heard many rumors going around, like she never had a boyfriend, and that she dumped him... and many others.
I want to talk to her again, but what should I say?
Does she still like me, but has a boyfriend?
Or does she not like me anymore, and made up that boyfriend thing so she doesn't hurt my feelings. If she does... how can I earn her love back?
How should I go about this?

Just go talk to her and ask her how things are going these days. You can ask her if she is with anyone or not and tell her you still feel the same as you did the last time the two of you talked. Let her know you would like to take her out. Maybe she has forgotten you once said that. If she is with a guy now, then just keep talking to her and be her friend so you'll know whenever that relationship ends. You'll be right there to comfort her and then you can pop your question. Not the "will you marry me" one, but the will you go out with me question you've been wanting to ask for so long. If she's really popular, then you may have to wait in line. But if she's really worth waiting for, persistence pays off in due time. Don't give up. Keep trying!
