I used to have this problem with a Minolta Dimage 7i, until I realised that the camera was set to store pictures in dated folders and the computer only opened the latest. So if these pictures were taken over a period of time I would go to Start>Run and then run whatever drive letter the computer has given your camera (if your not sure what that is, look in 'my computer' once the camera is plugged in and recognised). When you run you will be presented with a folder called DCIM. Click that open and you should then have a window with all the folders on the card. Open them and you should find your pictures.

Hello. I don't know if you've got enough RAM to run your software for the camera. That may be one thing. Aside from that, I'd recommend just buying a card reader and plug the memory card into it and transfer that way. That'll bypass using the software and keep your space free. After the pics got onto your system I'd then burn two cd's of them when ready: an original and a backup should one get lost or corrupt. Also reformat your card after you've transferred them so you don't have any ghost images and get an "unsupported image" on your camera. Good luck.

Transfer the first 50, then delete them and look for next 50 OR if the pictures are on a memory card, remove that and transfer the pictures via a card reader.

You should load those pics onto the computer than delete them off of your camera. Then see if any other pics pop up when you try again with out those pics that were already there s maybe 50 more pics will show up.

From personal experience--Make sure your memory card is inside the camera--otherwise it is only finding the pictures from your internal memory! If that doesn't work, bring it to a best buy, circuit city, or radioshack. They'll be happy to help you with your problem!
