I'd call them now if she's not eating and has had diarrhea I'd call and see what the oncall vet has to say.

depends how distressed she looks. Normally I wait a couple of days of throw up. Take her off food for 12 hours to kill the pooping. Just water. Watch her carefully though as once a cat gets sick it can progress very quickly. Also, don't necessarily take the vets word. You know your cat better than anyone else so if the vet blows you off with 'all cats throw up' try a different vet if the problem persists. Throwing up regularly over an extended period can be a symptom of more serious issues and you would need a blood panel etc

24 to 36 hours, if she still hasn't eaten and especially if she isn't drinking take her to the vets. Have a look at stress and food, these can cause tummy upsets. Some cats can't cope with rich food like whiskers. My cat can only have whiskers if its the kitten veriety other wise... it just gets messy and makes him miserable. Any new plants that might be toxic? Does she go outside? However if anything red is coming out of either end, get her to the vets. Better safe than sorry. Hope she feels better soon :)

You don't say how old your cat is - if she's a kitten, don't wait at all. Kittens can go downhill FAST.
If she's one year or older, I'd give it a day, provided no further symptoms appear - i.e. seizures, or blood in her vomit or feces.
Do withold food (but not water!) for 12h, to give her stomach a chance to settle down. Then try feeding her something plain, like chicken and rice.
If she still seems off after a day, I'd at least call the doctor to ask their opinion, and take her in if they think it's best.

All these people have good ideas. I usually wait for 3 days though. Is the cat still drinking her water? If she quit drinking water, take her to the vet as soon as possible.

Take her first thing in the morning. Make sure that she's having plenty of water. Give it her on a spoon or with a syringe (if you have one) if she won't drink it herself. Boil some chicken and rice and blend it with a little water and try and get that into her. Getting fluid into her is important as she can become dehyrated if she's got diarrhoea.
But if you are concerned, phone your vets now and they will advise you.

I would call and schedule an appointment right away, it's better to take her in and be told that it's nothing, than to find out too late that it was something major.
