Ok so you guys are probably gonna think Im an idiot for asking this question because I am on a weight gain diet but in one scoop of protein powder, it contains 1.5 grams of fat (none of it is saturated or trans). So that sounds perfectly fine but I consume about 8-10 scoops a day which adds up to 12-15 grams of fat. I feel like that is too much "added fat" to my weight gain diet because all Im drinking the shakes for are for calories. Im guessing its soy fat because its a soy protein powder. What should I do?

a minimum of 20% of the daily caloric intake should be derived from fats. so if the fat content from your soy protein fits into your daily caloric intake, there is no problem...
