I can't help it. Sometimes I always feel bad and say "I'm sorry" all the time. They tell me I say "I'm sorry" too much and I even apologize for that!

Saying Im sorry is admitting that your a sorry person. Your acutually putting yourself down if you think about it. I really don't know what it is that you are apologizing for but you may think its the "nice thing to say" a "girl catcher" but most girs of course like nice guys but guys that are too nice are just boring. Look at why your always apologizing and try not to do the things you apologize for. Think before you act and if someone is mad at you for something that is petty then let them be they will get over it. Don't sorry yourself to death.

Ask yourself before you say it "what am i sorry for" and if you have done something to be sorry for just say, I apologize. Other than that say, nothing.
