I don't have a fever, but my body aches (skin hurts). I've been sick, but I've never had aches without a fever.

How is this possible?

Most likely your still feeling the effects of the "flu".With your resistance down, you need to take care of yourself, rest more, avoid crowds etc, keep hydrated, and use some Tylenol or Ibuprofen for body aches.Having a "virus" is one thing, having a secondary infection like a "strep throat" from "bacteria" is another, you always have a fever with a bacterial infection, not the case with a "virus".Take care. This could be because of muscle fatigue or dehydration. Try exercising all parts of your body. It also sometimes is due to disuse atrophy. Try out some home remedies. You can also look for information in the web that give you home remedies. I found this website very useful. http://aches.in/cramps.html

You probably have a type of flu. Flu is caused by viruses, so you don't always get a fever.
