Any type of alcohol will dehydrate you.

I don't know the answer to your second question.

Alcohol (not only vodka) acts like a diuretic, so yes, it does dehydrate. Dehydration is one of the components making up the symptoms of the "day after" - headache.
How much to become dehydrated? ANY AMOUNT- unless you have water to "top up". E.g. if in a desert, far away from water, DO NOT drink beer.

Yes, alcohol blocks reabsorption of water (H2o) in the kidneys back in to blood stream during filtration. It is a natural diuretic which means you lose water or your body "diureses" and produces a more dilute urine. This is why you pee like a race horse after a few beers.
You'll probably never find out how much Vodka it takes to become severely dehydrated because you'll pass out or puke before that occurs. It's easier to dehydrate in the summer when you drink alcohol because you are sweating too and therefore losing more water via that route.
If you are interested in harming yourself in this manner I would advise you to talk to a psychiatrist immediately...

yes, all forms of alcohol increase dehydration as it interferes with the Krebs Cycle. how much alcohol does it take "you" to become dehydrated would depend on your level of hydration prior to drinking.
