You wanna be getting plenty of calcium, so drink loads of milk, eat cheese etc. Also, brush your teeth at least twice a day-No matter how strong your teeth are, if you don't brush them you'll get cavities.

milk, cheese, & anything with calcium. there are some orange juices with added calcium, too.
