Do you have the flu?? If so, you may want to try Gravol so that you can eat and Nyquil to relieve your flu symptoms and to help you sleep.
I get the feeling this is not just the flu. If it has been 2 weeks and you are not able to eat anything, get to the ER. What you describe is similar to what happened to me, just 3 days ago.
I have had on and off nausea and was treated for gastritis, really unsuccessfully. Tried many meds and the one I was taking just stopped working and, like you, I couldn't stop throwing up. I too couldn't digest any food, could only keep down water, and was weak and dehydrated.
Went to the ER and they gave me a needle, this chunky stuff to drink, along with fluids, and a prescription for sandoz-ondansetron. Turns out I may have a severe form of gastritis and I was overmedicated with the wrong meds by my doctor.
They likely won't be able to call in a gastroenterologist to definitively find out what is going on, but you can make an appt with one after the meds kick in and you feel well.
Going to the ER will get you back to normal and then you can follow up to see what's really wrong.
If you are not throwing up blood, have diarrhea, or have pain though, it is likely you have gastritis, which is treated correctly with this sandoz-ondansetron medication.
Don't suffer man!! I was so worried that the ER would turn me away, but know that they won't. This IS an emergency. If you wait any longer, you will rip your esophagus or get really, really ill from dehydration and lack of nourishment.
Go to the ER!! Let me know how it turns out. Know that I feel for ya. Three days ago was the worst I've ever felt. I sat in that ER for 6 hours, throwing up constantly. But, now I'm fine. Get someone to go with you and feel better, ok??

Sometimes people make themselves sick by stress and worry's.
Bacterium is very common on humans and if ingested accidiently for what ever reasons it can attack the lining of the stomach as well as the large intestinal lining and in that case you would feel cramps by now.
On the lighter side of things stress can cause ulcers and that can have adverse reactions when certain foods are consumed.
At this point, it is best to rule out Ulcers and Gastrointestinal.
You could just have a 72 hour bug that will flail itself out in time, but I would suggest drinking some Pediolyte right now to keep fluids in your body.
I also reccomend that you see a doctor and confirm that you don;t have bacterium in your stomach. If you do anti-biotics will juice you right up back into good health.
Good Luck.

Doesn't sound like fun. Have you gone to the doctors? You may have a really bad stomach virus, or if you are experiencing pain, you may have gall bladder issues. I don't know your symptoms so I can't say for sure but you need to see someone. The main issue here is to stop the illness, not keep the food down...but you already know that.

11 Peter 3:1-13..with all that is going on in the world today the wars, killings, and all the suffering, people asking where is this God of urs, He is not coming back and things like that. this is the best Scripture I can think of to share, no one knows when He will return, but He will. God doesn't want people to perish and He is not delayed either, He will come back in His time which is not our time. Just hang in there and do not faint.

I would go to the ER, you could have a bowel obstruction or something. Throwing up is your body telling you somethingis wrong. Please go to the ER. Hope you feel better soon!
