Drink plenty of fluids and contact someone to take you to an urgent care clinic. Many people are dying from the Influenza type A virus - especially children here in Minnesota. This is nothing to mess around with and you need to be checked for the virus at a clinic or hospital. Take Tylenol or Motrin as directed on the package but only if you are old enough to take them properly. Do NOT take a cold shower or bath...a luke warm bath will do just fine. You do not want to shock your body from extreme hot to extreme cold. Call a grandparent, aunt, uncle, family friend to help get you to a clinic or to contact your parents. You need to be seen by a professional and ask them to check you for the Influenza Virus!! Drink, Drink, Drink...water, juice...anything...You MUST keep hydrated!

P.S. - DO NOT USE ASPRIN!!

If you've been that sick, with a fever hanging around 103. for awhile or several day's you need to get yourself to the ER or your MD's office etc. You've got an infection some where that needs antibiotics. You can also can take Ibuprofen for the fever, keep hydrated with cool fluids etc.Try alternating the Tylenol and Ibuprofen to get the fever down You need to call your parents.at work or other family members to get you taken care off today!Take care.
