It depends how low you want to go. You can get some Kodak cameras for very cheap. I just got a Canon camera a couple of months ago, for $160. It works great for the price!

Kodaks are pretty good, but so are the Fuji Models. Try to get one with an SD card. SD cards fit in Palms.
