You should see a doctor, please don't look here for advice. Even though your symptoms have decreased doesn't mean it's not serious. You could have a lung infection or anything. Pay the $ and get seen. Please

Hey Johnny, I hope you are feeling better today.
More than likely you are vomiting the blood that fell down your throat during the nosebleeds. It all depends on the color. If it has a brownish tint to it, and looks old, then it probably is. However, if it is bright and looks fresh, then you should get to the Emergency Room as soon as possible.
Sometimes, you can cough or vomit hard enough to rupture the tiny blood vessels in your throat, causing blood to come up, but you should let the DR determine that.

Believe it or not, your body doesn't like blood, even your own. I would suspect the blood coming up is what went down the back of your throat. Sounds like you got hit hard with a virus. As long as you are improving, just be careful.

You need to go to the doctor immediately.
Have you been exposed to Tuberculosis? Make sure if you go to the emergency room you say you are coughing up blood and have a fever. they may give you a mask or put you on precautions so dont take it too hard. they are just being careful.

Go see a doctor quick, it may be co-incidental to a cold but dont fool yourself with something like that... It is not normal.. ".A person who prescribes his own medicine has a fool for a doctor"
