It's always been like this ever since I was a little girl.

I think you are referring to body aches and pains. That is normal when you excercise and it is effective. (No pain, no gain) Now, hopefully you aren't hurting because you are doing the excercises wrong.... that's possible. But if you keep being consistent at excercising, pretty soon, you wont notice a lot of pain cause your bod will be used to it!

I don't know what kind of pain you feel but when exercising properly it shouldn't hurt. You may be slightly sore due to a lack of exercise the first few times but that is due to lack of stretching and potassium. It's a lactic acid build up in your muscles.

If you're feeling a sharp pain etc you need to first talk to your doctor to determine if there is anything seriously wrong with you internally. If you get a clean bill of health you need to get a training instructor to teach you proper techniques and to work with your limitations but get the maximum results.

I was working out heavily for a number of years and started feelinga sharp pain in my hip. Turns out my hip was curving inwards, along with deterriorating cartilege in my knee and a slightly torn rotator cuff in my shoulder. They will only get worse if you dont get the checked out

Good Luck

Depends on what you are talking about.
I had multiple aches and pains after exercise for years.
I was finally diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, which affects all of the muscles.

Tone down your routine. Lower the reps or weight and move up gradually.
