I have this new -coworker i loved her.. How i know she liked me or not.. previously fouple months ago i asked her few time indirectly to go out,, she refussed...tell me what i should do..

Leave it alone for now.
It's not a good idea to date co-workers. What if things don't work out, then you still have to see her every day and work with her. That is just too much for the usual human being to handle.
