If you are freaking out that bad either go to the hospital and they will hook you up...or take some Benadryl if you don't have anything else. It will calm you down and make you tired. Make sure you call to make an appointment with your doctor first thing on Monday, though. He can give you something to take in case it happens again. He can also give you tips and make sure that there is no underlying condition. It also might help just to call up a friend. You don't even have to tell them that you are freaking out...sometimes just talking works to take your mind off it.

Too much coffee maybe? Drugs? Are you taking medication for a cold and drinking coffee or coke? Try deep breathing and try to think of something peaceful. Let whatever is bothering you slip from your mind and concentrate on breathing in to the very bottom of your lungs and exhale all the air each time you breathe. Do this for 30 minutes or so and you should feel better. You should see a doctor for this if it keeps happening.

i really think you should be on the way to the ER and not typing on Yahoo getting answers from us. You can breathe back and forth in a brown paper bag if you have one. Doing this will help raise your carbon dioxide levels that are low. That will help some. You should really go to the ER though.
Feel better sweetie.

Take deep breaths. Imagine yourself on a beach, or wherever is most comfortable to you. Breathe in through your nose and hold it for 4 seconds, then out through your mouth slowly. Do this for at least 5 minutes.

if you have access to it xanax or ativan take the dr. reccomended dosage. if you have no access to any medication that can help you, you should try breathing techniques and lying down. try to remove negative thoughts and replace them with positive ones. if its just not helpful, you need to call 911 and then can help you. anxiety disorders are a medical condition with real risks. it is not a weakness just because it has to do with mental health, and you deserve to feel better.
