One answer outside of a religious world-view would be that homosexuality, as an example, is a form of natural selection. Clearly, those born with homosexual tendencies have been naturally selected to not pass on their genes to the next generation. As such, the tendency for the rest of the human race would be to exclude them from most societal functions.
As far a necrophilia goes, sexual relationships with dead bodies may also be a form of natural selection if the belief is that one is born with this tendency. Clearly, any individual within a species that exhibits this behavior will not be passing on their genes if normal, heterosexual relations are not resumed.
