I'm talking about regular vinegar, not the cider kind.
Since there's many kinds, like black, red, and white.
I heard if you drink a tablespoon (?) after dinner, it helps.
But what kind do you use?

Organic apple cider vinegar with the mother. Sold at health food stores. 1 tablespoon in 8 ounces of water at room temperature. Drink before each meal.

Apple Cidar Vinegar is the best. The other vinegars are overly distilled and have little nutritional value.
The only one recommended for diets is Apple Cidar Vinegar.
Take a Tablespoon before eating with a Tablespoon of raw honey.
