Running and walking! Cardio is the best way to get rid of fat and then weight training tones those muscles so that you can see a more defined area of the weight loss. You also have to eat right to make sure your exercise routine is not in vain. Once you burn the fat, crunches and sit ups help the stomach area. Lunges, and squats help the thighs. Hope that helps!

riding on an elliptical bike..you know the ones where you can cycle while sitting , while standing ( sorta like jogging ) and with moving handles where your whole body works.
do 45 minutes cycling 5-6 times a week and do 30 minutes of HIIT ( high intensity interval training ) 3-4 times a week.interval training is a great way to burn fat around thighs and even belly ( if you're riding it while standing and with moving handles ) .try it out.it works.

All cardiovascular excersises are good for burning fat.When you do cardio excersises you burn fat in all of the places you desire.Bike for twenty minutes then run or walk briskly for fifteen minutes and then play a sport or swim if you can.

You can't spot reduce fat, like lose fat in a specific area.
I suggest, however:
-biking
-jumping rope
-running/jogging*
-swimming*
*=good for body overall

An eliptical machine. Better than either the treadmill or the bike, it's your best best to burning calories.

For that you need to do leg lifts and crunches. Jogging always helps but that is not targeted on a specific area.

you cannot lose fat on specific area of your body. however you can do running, this will reduce fat on you whole body, not just belly and thights. trust me, running is the best excercise
