I heard you lose weight faster this way. I'm not overweight but i would like to get rid of the fat and gain some muscle.

is it hard to do that in 2 weeks?

Yes. Wearing lots of layers heats up your body's internal temperature and that makes you sweat more. The more you sweat, the more calories you burn. The more calories you burn, the more weight you lose.

adding layers of clothes does not increase the effectiveness of the exercise(s) being performed.
