I'm asking because she gets frightened of getting a haircut sometimes and I did not know if this will affect the outcome of her pregnancy?

It totally depends on how stressed she gets. You know your dog the best. As a dog groomer for 10 yrs, I have shaved a lot of pregnant dogs. If she is really hairy or matted, getting rid of the hair will be more comfortable for her when she gives birth. But, if getting a haircut really stresses her out then I would wait till after the pups are born.

Unless she is so scared she jumps around and falls down a flight of stairs, its OK. Nothing will happen to the puppies. She will be fine. Dogs throw hissy-fits when they dont like something. The key is to not give up. Afterall, you are in control, NOT the dog. Teach it to be a pack member, not a leader.

So shave away and have fun.

Use scissors to clip long hairs for now. After the pups are born, take her to a groomer if you need to.
I doubt that using the electric shaver will cause any harm to her now, but better to be safe.

Just be careful with the shver, don't apply pressure to the stomach or chest area, and be very careful that she doesn't jump around a lot, and hurt herself.
Otherwise nothing will happen that would harm the puppies.

what I have done with pregnant dogs is to take some safety scissors and trim them when they need it rather than to upset them while they are pregnant. It won't affect your puppies probably but I just don't like to upset a pregnant ***** if I can help it.

Don't cut your dog with a shaver while she is pregnant or not, their skin is thin and you should have a professional do it but not while she is pregnant.leavae her in peace

i does no longer - human razors are meant to cut back very close, the place you does no longer want to get that close on the canines. The shavers that groomers use are notably meant for canines.

I think it's ok as long as you don't apply pressure to the stomache or cut the dog with it but,I think it should be fine.
