Have you ever heard of senioritis? It's a term used here in the US for students who are in their last year of school and are just plain tired of studying and doing school work. They can see the end is in sight, and lose some of their motivation. That could be part of your problem.
Also, snacking on sugary stuff is just plain wrong. It messes up your blood sugar, making you have severe highs and lows, making you feel sluggish. Drink more water, eat healthier snacks like fruits, veggies, whole grains, and stay away from alcohol and/or soft drinks.
Think about what your goals are and what you have to do to obtain them. Include things like interesting places to visit, as well as career and university goals. Write them down and look at your list when you need motivation. Set smaller goals, short-term things that you will be successful at obtaining (like finishing a paper, completing a project). If you have a list, so you can cross things off, it helps you feel a sense of accomplishment.
The motivation has to come from within. Respect yourself, be good to yourself, make yourself all you can be.

if your not pregnant...then visit your OBGYN, have them run a thyroid and adrenal tests....you are probably low in Magnesium and Potassium and you could probably benefit by visiting a physician that prescribes herbs and alternate medicine. You have to take control of your eating...it is a huge thing to overcome...all that snacking needs to be on fruits and celery stalks...ditch the regular chips and candy snaking....cheese clogs the arteries...it is milk-fat...that form of calcium hurts more than it helps...get out and exercise...get your heart rate up for about 15 min two or three times a day ...do whatever it takes to get that heart rate up...being it dance and run around the house a few times...or join a sport, or an aerobics class...believe it or not...one day of exercise brings the next day perhaps some soreness, but more energy...strange as it seems...but is true....oxygenating the body with exercise by raising your heart rate regularly is the key to healing your body and a beginning of reclaiming your life...and before long you will be filling so much better...visit your primary physician for a regular physical and ask him about exercise and a good name of a local nutritionist.

Take a mulitivitamin - sounds like you could be deficient in the B vitamins and cut out the sugar, it gives you a false high and then drops you down when your blood sugar levels come down. You'll find if you stick to healthier eating your energy will increase and your moods will get better. Eat nuts, bananas, oranges or anything like this but stay away from junk food as it is sooo bad for you and your brain! Tuna and salmon are good brain foods as they contain folic acid and essential fatty acids that you need so bad.

i knw what you mean. having fun and hanging out is very important for a good and healthy life but sometimes you have to separate responsibilities and fun. in this, no one can really help you. you have to be disciplined. just like me. i want to lose 30 lbs but i keep cheating on my diet for the last 4 months. that's why i have been nowhere these few months. so you see this takes time. however, it will be harder for you because i can take as much time i want to lose weight, but you cannot. you only have a certain amount of time before you get to college. yoiu must start now. NOW
it is the time for you to get your act together and start studying and doing your work. and no, this does not mean that you have to give up your social life. try hanging out on the weekends instead of every day and put your homework first. do your work before you go out. take your hanging out as a reward for yoiur hardwork.
good luck with your school work. make small changes in your life and try not to be too hard on yourself if you do not succeed at first.

Maybe you're letting yourself be distracted easily. Set aside an hour or two every day to do work. Eating sugar can cause tiredness if that's all you're eating because it goes right through your system.
