Yes it is safe to bathe her with oatmeal soap at this stage but only bathe her once a month and brush frequently. This will help with the dry skin by distributing the natural oils in her skin throughout her coat.

Yes of course you can, Just be gentle with her when putting her into the bath tub not to drop her. Yes a Oatmeal wash is good for her, thats what i use to bathe my Dacshund. I also rub her down with baby Oil when she gets out of her bath for the dry skin..

I would go with your thought of the oatmeal wash - it is moisturizing, and most oatmeal washes are all natural - with no harsh chemicals.
There is no reason not to bathe your pregnant dog, just be careful getting her in/out of the tub.
Good luck

Um, it shouldn't matter if the dog is pregnant. We take showers when we're pregnant...
The bath isn't going to kill her puppies. They'll be fine and its not like they know whats going on anyway. There is no health risk with bathing your dog in oatmeal shampoo. We do it all the time to our female shar pei and she's pregnant right now!
It'll be ok. And if you're REALLY worried, ask a professional, not some people on Yahoo! Answers.....

There should be no problem giving her a bath. If her skin is dry remember giving her a bath will remove even more oils from her skin so use a mild shampoo and be sure and condition her after the shampoo.

If her skin is dry you shouldnt bathe her, it will make it worse. Bathing dogs typically makes the skin dryer, that's why it's suggested to only bath them once a month.
