i work with this guy, he is reli cute but he's 4 years older then me. How can I tell him that I fancy him? i dont wanna ruin our friendship but i cannot live without him. please help, i am going crazy!!

why don't you invite him for dinner sometime or go out somewhere with him and have a drink together. you might get to know him better and know how he feels about you. if you have already done this and he seemed interested in you then just be patient. if you notice that other girls are also after him then go for him. but if there is no one after him just be patient.

Why dpont you just start by asking him to join you after work for a drink. You dont want to tell him your crazy about him yet or you might scare him off, but get the feel of how he feels about you.
