Try Argos they have quite a selection of thomas the tank ,or Woolworths.For wallpaper try B+Q,or try E-bay for bedroom furniture.

i just did a quick search on eBay .co.UK, this is what i found.
rugs start from £7.99, + PP
Duvet covers from £3.99 +pp
cushion from £2.00 + pp
wall clock from £3.50 + pp
curtains/ or material to make curtains.
lampshades
have a look on eBay, just make sure that your buying new stuff,

Try to get some rolls wallpaper.
