One product does both, its called Pure Concealer, its a blemish treatment stick and also a concealer in one. Its by Maybelline. Different colors for different skin types. Small enough to carry in a purse, or in a pocket. I personally carry it everywhere I go so I can quickly blend it in, in case for a touch up. It works and I absolutely love it. Clears up in about 3 days.

I use Proactiv every day to keep my breakouts in check, and it does a really good job. For the occasional renegade zit, I use a dab of their refining face mask on the spot, and leave it on overnight, then wash it off very gently with hot water in the morning, and that reduces the size of the zit a lot overnight. If you're looking for a quick home remedy though, I've heard people say to use toothpaste on the zit. I've never tried it though, and I don't know if it works.

The best longterm effect is using ProActiv. But if you want them away quickly, use lemmon juice to dry them out or toothpaste. If you have the ProActiv Face Mask, put a little of that on the affected area & leave on during the night. It will be dried up in the morning.

Proactiv works but I dont think it works too quickly. I love "boo boo zap" by benefit, you can dab it on anytime even over makeup. I've had drastic results in just ONE day, my zits are completely gone within 3 days of using it. I use it on my bf's back too and it works great, he's always trying to steal it from me. I've only had one friend who didn't get any results, with both Proactiv and Boo Boo Zap but her skin is hyper sensitive and really weird anyways.

If you want to cover up your blemishes Benefit also makes a product called "galactic sheild" it's an acne medicated concealer. It's supposed to work well, but I have always stuck with Boo Boo Zap. You can get them at Sephora.com and Macys.

Do not cover zits! The zit coverer make up just blocks your zits and they can't breathe, causing it to get sweaty and then you'll break out more. Clean your face 3 times a day with medicated facial cleansing pads (oxy) and your face will have way less zits. They really work. Don't touch your zits either, it just makes then more red and bigger.
