Is this true? I heard it on the innernet somewhere.....i am guessing the reason is that if they let people leave, they would never come back.... Is there an official reason for their travel restrictions?....Don't you have to be a loyal communist to get a passport?.....Thanks for your answers.....

1) Most would not return.
&
2) They would tell the world how bad things were there.
