yes, i used to be very underweight i knew that i needed to gain weight but it just seemed like i couldnt! what i descovered was that my stumach was very small from not eating much. i expanded my stumach by eating small snacks every once in a while and like 3 big meals a day... it is ok to eat sweats but they wont nessasarly help you gain weight because your body will use that food as nutriens that you may not be getting in your daily food supply..

my advice to you would be to eat 3 main courses ans constand or alot of snacking this should help balance out your diet while giving you those nutrients that you need to gain weight!!!

i hope that this will be of use to you...

GOOD LUCK!!!

Whenever I finish a season of wrestling I gain ten pounds. Lets see drink lots of protein drinks and stuff. then weight lift so you're not getting flabby as you gain weight. Don't take fiber pills and have a little fat with everything because you digest slower if you have fat with stuff like salad (ranch has fat), or bread (butter), etc.
