Depends on what kind you need. On/off premise, carryout, bar, dining, beer wine or liquor or all of them, if you want to pour off premise you need a different one. And it also depends on the volume you'll sell, and what percentage of your business is alcohol compared to food percentage.

I think the control board is called ABC, Alcohol Beverage Control. Check them out for info. And be forewarned, they do NOT have any sense of humor. They're worse than the DMV.
