I got back from my South American trip and lost a total 10 pounds. Now I'm back home, still exercising but I can't help eating junk food. And my old weight is slowly creeping up again.

P.S. Throw away all junk food. Also throw away all foods that have sugar in the first five ingredients.

girl trust me find a way to keep it off. I lost over 80 pounds and in the last few months I gained back around 20 I am struggling to get it off again. I can only say workout and eat right.
