first thing is you have to quit saying it's not your fault.
take responsibility for your actions. If she's your girlfriends best friend then your girlfriend needs to get rid of both of you cause w/ friends like you who needs enemies? sorry if this hurts but the truth usually does.

Sure, it is not your fault to sleep around with ur gf friend. What a jerk! You could have said no! So you gave in. Your gf should dump you hard. Let alone have u try to resolve it. If ur gf is a forgiving person which i doubt at this situation, confess before she finds out herself. Make it up to her if u are truly sorry. I still think you are a jerk.

Sure, I guess by having sex with her you were only trying to 'help' her! If you were seduced, there's not a lot you can do now, just scream bloody murder at the girl who you slept with and do everything in your power to win back your girlfriend's trust. It will probably take a loooong time

Accept the fact that you're a scum pit now, always have been and always will be. (She came on to me...you're a dipsh-t as well if you think that's an excuse)
Tell you girlfriend to go find someone better than you ! That'll resolve it !

It wasn't your fault at all? She raped you then? It takes two, last time I checked. You can't resolve it, unless your girlfriend has little respect for herself and forgives you.

OK this may be typicla, and it may happen, but I've almost been there and done that-
ad I didn't.
So you could have avoided it, too.
At least until you's broke up.
Anyway,

Don't see either of them anymore.

u did the deed so now u have to live with it. it takes two to tango so i dont think telling her that it wasnt your fault will keep u together. tell the truth and see what happens
