What's the easiest way to add special Spanish characters into a document or email?

i look them up and memorize their numberes. for example ñ,Ñ= alt+1+6+4, alt+1+6+5. ú[63]ó[62]á[60]í[61] ¿[68] amd just yeah... alt+1+3+0=é ...and so on.

go to Insert on the tool bar, in Word, and scroll through the symbols you want and choose insert then close.
