Try to educate people about religious superstition. Education is the only key to overcoming this unwarranted taboo against criticizing religion.

People can believe in what their religious leaders tell them or they can believe in what their scientific leaders tell them. The point here is they always end up taking someone else's word as the truth. They can put their faith in a scientist or in Christ. By the way, many scientists are also Christians (I don't mean Christian Scientists, that's a completely different matter altogether).

By teaching social sciences, people should learn how media and politics works and once they understand what all this things has to do with economics and consumerism, they will draw away from junk life style...and maybe then focused in science.

Still, there must be a balance, u have to keep values so ur society grows healthy and in armony.

Salam...

We continue to support the research of scientists such as the immigrant and highly devout Roman Catholic Enrico Fermi who was the first person to split the atom...for example.

Or perhaps acknowledge the ingenuity and inventions of the manifestly Christian Wright brothers.

You are getting your wish, it is happening, our culture is so opposed to God that I worry for our future. Do you honestly think that our country could have even formed without our founding father, who were religous men. We were literally facing our giants when we went against Britain, and we came out on top. Now we are forgetting the God who got us where we are, and He won't stand for it much longer, He won't be mocked.

We are both now. I sense a bit of change in Christianity having as big an influence and their opposition to evolution is a big part of why. It makes them look irrational to most people.

Turn it into the USSR. That was an Atheist nation. Worked really well for people didn't it?

We leave it as a secular nation as the founding fathers intended it to be.
