first of all, DONT TALK TO HER....
girls are great at reading signs...and by signs i mean arrows on the floor leading her from her locker across the school to your locker...
i think girls like mazes...mazes with cheese at the end... no im not calling women mice/rats... just cheese loving animals...

simple. You start talking to her. A girl really respects that a guy can just come up and start talking. Start small, and then later ask her for her e-mail address and say you'd like to get to know her better. Be considerate of how she feels, and don't be to open or aggressive the first time you speak. Find out what her interest are.... What she likes to do, places that she likes to go, music she likes to listen to, and the type of people she likes. Once you know all about her then it's easy for you to know what to say and do to become her friend...
