Sebastian brand has a hair gel actually called "WET". It's a loose gel that keeps your hair looking wet but it doesn't get hard like most gels, mousses, or sprays.

Try putting hair spray in ur hair when it is wet, then put a little bit of gel in it. Brush it then put some more hair spray in it.
