I'll stir for ages but i'll still end up with big lumps in it!!! anyone know the trick to the perfect cup????

it's powdery i find and not very good

You are supposed to put it into the mug before adding the water, it is of course supposed to be bubbly.
What I do with other hot chocolate is mix a little cold milk, with the powder to make a thick paste, stirring it at this stage, before adding the hot water, and ensuring you stir into the corners.
Then add hot water, and stir again.

It is not suppose to be completely smooth, it is the chocolate bits which resemble the bubbles in Aero itself. Its delicious and creamy yum yum.

yeah like many others you get lumpy powder residue on the stop.
