my cat cant get up in my bunkbed, what shoud i do.?

Get one of those cat trees that stand about six feet high. Put it at the foot of your bed so the cat can come and go as it pleases without needing your assistance. Also, eventhough a cat can jump down from a bunkbed and land on its feet doesn't mean that it SHOULD. It can actually cause damage to legs and joints, especially as the cat gets older, or if it gains weight.

If you can't afford a cat tree, try to rig up something similar, like staggered shelves on the wall from floor to bed level. (Don't forget carpeting them for traction!) Sprinkle a very small bit of catnip on each "step" and your cat will soon find its way into your bed without prompting.

maby your cat is getting overwaight. or your cat is to old. or maby your cat is getting bad joints. my dog has the same problem so i have to pick her up because she is overwaight, then that causes bad joints.

you should get a Lader on a slant and teach it to walk up that's what my sister did
