Yikes! My 5 month old weighs that much! You need to bring her to a pediatrician or nutritionalist.

Give your child healthy foods - fatty foods only contribute to an unhealthy lifestyle and poor nutrition, not growth. Children naturally go through stages where they grow more than during other stages, don't panic because she isn't growing every month. Continue to feed her healthy food and plenty of fiber to battle constipation. If you feel her growth pattern and constipation are unusual despite her exercise and diet, ask her doctor to run routine blood tests.

Don't worry too much about it. I was very underweight when I was a child and my parents fed me unhealthy foods hoping that I would gain weight. I didn't gain and when I was older I hadn't learned about healthy eating and now I'm constantly having to battle my weight. Teach them about healthy eating and hopefully they'll thrive!

My 2 & 1/2 yo daughter only weighs 11.3 kg and is almost as tall as her 4 yo brother. My daughter has consitently been in the 75th percentile for height and the 25th percentile for weight.
Your daughter may be just built small.
Is this a drastic change? Or has she always been petite?
If your doctor isn't worried at regualry check-ups then you shouldn't be worried either. She's eating well and getting enough nutrition.

That doesnt sound unhealthily underweight
i figured she weighs 22.4 lbs my 35 month old is only 27 lbs--some kids are just smaller--dont worry about
and the last thing you should do is give her fatty and unhealthy foods--that will only teach her bad eating habits
