Definitely use panties as much as you can. Definitely give a reward for going in potty. When she pees on the floor give her a small rag and make her wipe it up herself, take off her own panties...put mess in laundry room, get clean panties out/on, etc. Having to do the clean up work will make peeing in her pants harder than just doing it in the potty. Get the book Potty Training in a Day...it has good tips.

When a girl I used to babysit for did this I would take her pullup off right when she peed in it and actually put the entire pull up in the toilet (the potty training one) and tell her that's where pee pee goes. Along with the rewards it really helped a lot. Sometimes it just takes time, just because she is going to be three in a few months doesn't mean you should be discouraged. Many parents don't have there children potty trained until they are about 3 1/2. Good luck to you :)

Put her in big girl undies. Don't worry about her "holding" it for right now... when she has to go, she'll go. Encourage peeing on the big girl potty. Have her go in to the bathroom every 30mins (or whatever incriment works for you). If she does have an accident, have her change herself. Then she has to take responsibility for what happened. When she has an accident explain that if she needs to potty, she just has to let you know. Potty training is exhausting, but stick with it. One day she'll get it! And when she does, give her praise like crazy! :-)

My daughter was in Pull-Ups for about two months, and they really are nothing more than a diaper that is easier to get on. One day I decided to take them away and give her the only option of wearing real panties. It only took her one time to pee in them-
then she never did again. And, she was totally trained from that point on!!

Put her in underpants.

Pull ups incourage (not discourage) "tee teeing" in their pants. They are absorbant, and they are like diapers, except they pull them up instead of having them taken off.

Underpants will not absorb the tee tee, and it will be messy, which she isn't going to like at all. She will learn quicker, and she will know when she messed up right away.

Good luck!!
