my girlfriend is insisting and kinda so am i, that I get full custody of my daughter just for now, (which this would only be towards us all working things out with her mother and we Both know that this will work against i) (even my girlfriends mom - her sister is going on with this as well (she's a retired social worker also)

were deeply in love me, mom, n baby - so there is no one of us *leaving* each other.

another thing is shes 16, im 17 we have the same birthday on march 30. so i think when shes of age 17, is the time when we would get joint custody together.

AND were not just little horny teens that had a baby on accident, were financially stabled, own jobs good money- We both have grown up real fast and didnt have a *big* kid life so matureness with us is great.... and iv already finished high school in only 3years and im still 17. <<<<<

Yes, if all parties agree to it (the father, mother, and judge.)

As long as you are both in agreement, then there should be no problems changing these things at a later time.
