Is it okay for a Mother to kiss her 15 year old daughter goodbye? So now what is the difference? This is family so what is the problem. Good to hear that some families still have a close relationship.

Ask the son how would feel if his father was taken from him and his family one morning after he left for school.
Who would he feel about the kiss? Would he miss it? Still think it was creepy? Embarrassing? Hey be happy you have father that loves you and cares about you, we never know walking out that door if your going to see the person alive again, and knowing he loves you can and will go a long way. I say more fathers should be doing this letting the children know they love them everyday, you never know when you number will be called.

Seems OK to me. Fathers love their children. We are not talking about a lip to lip kiss here, right? A kiss on the cheek? My dad and I had no problem showing that kind of love for each other even in public, I was proud of him, I loved him a lot, I would give anything if he were still alive and I could hold him in my arms and kiss him and show him how much he always meant to me. He was a wonderful man.

There is nothing wrong with that at all! My father and mother kissed me goodbye all the time. As long as the child doesn't mind (cuz you know how teenagers can be) then there is NOTHING wrong with that. I think its wonderful that they still have a close relationship and he's 15 thats usually when they start to drift away.

I'm 32 years old. My dad still kisses me hello and goodbye when I go back home. And I kiss my son (age 8) hello and goodbye too. Nothing wrong with it at all.

of course its OK, when you have children you love them , then you are not allowed to kiss them goodbye?!!! you r a father you want to love your children , its OK..and if you are the son and embarrassed love your father giving him a kiss every morning is OK, he is not asking to much he loves you, children nowadays just want to be on their own, they treat family like a piece of crap

Why do people insist on making a big deal of a father's love. I am happy to hear that it still happens in this world. I say, hurray for this family. They are few and far between. God bless them.....

Yes, of course.
Due to social mores, it may make some people uncomfortable, and that's really sad. It may also make the boy uncomfortable in front of others. But there is certainly nothing wrong with it.
