You, will get a free ride and night in the local jail for the night.
And get charged with possesion and maybe for intent to sale depending how much you have on you. Then you will get to see
what the court house looks like and what a judge and district
attorney look like. Then depending on the mood of the judge, he might let you out on a bond or set it up where you pay the courts to get out on bond. Then you will have to get a lawyer or a public defender to help you. And then if your lucky you might get a little jail and probation or worst yet prison with fines and a record for drugs. But theres that one chance in a 100 that you win your case. So the odds look pretty bad. So you have 2 choices!
You can either stop your crap or be some ones butt buddy.

Before assuming you are in the clear I would call a local police department and have them check for any arrest warrants. You can have outstanding warrants and not even know about it if the police tell you that you are clear then you are clear. If they have a warrant for your arrest you can clear that up sometimes without having to go to prison. Why did you have Crack on you? That is stupid. You need to find help if you are using or dealing.

You didn't get a trial date? You may want to contact the DA's office to make sure your not going to have some bounty hunter knocking your door down.

In a normal situtaion, you should have been arrested. But if the officer was transferred, who knows what will happen. Just stay on your toes, 'cause it still may surface.

weren't you charged with the drugs and didn't they arrest you like you should have been if you were arrested then when you got out you should have been given a court day because you should be in prison serving time you are not telling everything.

Sounds like he smoked your crack. Don't you know that crack is whack. Listen to Whitney Houston. She is very intelligent and a good role model.

you should have gone to jail already, I'm surprised they even let you go to begin with. If you've not already been in and it's been almost 2 years I'd say they're probably not going to do anything.

Did you get a ticket? You didn't get arrested? Than I guess you're in the clear.
