By first acknowledging that honoring your true feelings is going to make you more real. It's something you have to do as you work on yourself. Don't feel the need to pretend or hide. Just let the feelings flow freely. Vulnerability comes with the risk of rejection. But unless you are vulnerable, you can never be truly intimate with the person you love. And when you aren't intimate, it's a hollow relationship....with two incomplete parts. Ask for acceptance, and you will get it if they really love you.

I used to bottle my emotions as well, and it really will come back to haunt you. Practive slowly because honetly it is a big step you don't want 2 go to fast or to slow stay neutral and take a step closer find someone who will listen and begin with something small then go into bigger thingz.

I have a problem with this...but here's what I do...I look at the person I tell myself...this person loves me...they'll love me after I tell them whatever it is...they're not going to run and hide...they'll help me get through this...I trust them more than anyone else...they trust me...they tell me everything...I owe them that same respect...
And so on until I know it's ok to tell them. It also helps if the person is in front of you waiting for you to tell them. They're not getting mad...and they won't get mad if you don't...they'll understand and wait for you to open up to them.

Small steps -- one little thing at a time; start with something that you're most comfortable with. It will come naturally in time. For me, it's easy to say, "I love you," if I truly love him. Start with that.

If the person loves you she/she will get it out of you, so why worry.
