I must say, this would be gratifying for me to see. Who is to say the vase belongs to the guy carrying it? I think all things in life are temporary and I personally would laugh on the inside. There is a chance he can find a fake that is close to it to replace it. Don't cry over spilled milk. :)

Like it was my vase, and I'd certainly try to glue it immediately lol.. And I'd probably feel sorry for the receiver too, they won't be receiving an expensive vase anymore.. They'll receive expensive pieces of a vase xD

it depends. if it's in my house and you broke the most valuable and expensive vase due to his own carelessness, i would be angry and ask him to get lost and would not want to see him again....
but if it's not my vase, who cares? if no ones sees it, perhaps i might consider helping him to clear up the mess and pretend nothing had happen and he had not drop it.
if it's not my vase and he drops it and lots of people sees it....i'll jus say god bless him...get ready for a hole in his pocket....
