I use this website. www.freeringers.net which turns your mp3 files into ringtones using a few simple steps. It does cost a one time $8 fee, but that is much better than paying 2-3 dollars for a ringtone which sounds like crap. You can also pick any part of the song that you like for your tone. Be aware that the tone is sent back to your phone as a pix msg. So if you don't have free pix msgs keep that cost in mind as well.
