For the past month i have been eating about 300 calories a day, burned 100 a day on a treadmill, did cardo for about 30 - 40 minutes. I am 5'3 and weighed 110, I now weigh about 105 - 106lbs. Why have I ONLY LOST 1LBS!!!! I've been working SO hard. What can I do!!!
For some reason I look a lot thinner, is it possible i lost weight but gained muscle. I don't know what do you think.
Please don't tell me I am at a good weight, I really have to lose weight!!! Thanks.

It may be that your fat is converting into muscle, muscle weighs more than fat but is very healthy. So don't worry, you are not fat at are, you are at a fine weight. It not good to be too skinny, 300 calories is too little, eat at least 1300. Make sure you eat from every food group everyday, no crash dieting, believe it or not, that makes it worst. Your body will start to make it harder for you to lose weight if you starve yourself. Heres a trick, If you eat lots of healthy food until you are full but in total your not really eating a lot of calories, your body will think its full and stop this weight storing process. If you continue to eat only 300 calories, your body will think its at a starvation period, and, sorry to say, it will store the few calories it gets.

First off. It is probably not helping you at all to only consume 300 calories a day. In fact it's probably wearing down on your organs a lot. Who wants to be thin but dying because all of their organs are failing? No one. Eat at least 1,200 calories.
Also, it is harder for people who don't weigh much to begin with to lose more weight. For someone who weighs like 250 pounds compared to someone who weighs 110, the person weighing 250 will probably be able to drop 30 pounds before the person weighing 110 can drop 15.
The bigger you are the faster you lose.

dear , i have nothing to say . except , of course , you need to check out this site.
http://ezinearticles.com/?How-a-Very-Low-Calorie-Diet-Can-Make-You-Gain-Weight&id=70090
take my advice , eat and eat more of it.just eat good stuff.like fruits , veggies , skimmed milk , lean meat , chicken , whole wheat stuff etc.drink 12 glasses of water a day.drink a couple of cups of green tea.drink a glass of water immedietly before you start a meal and immedietly after you have finished your meal.move more.workout for at least 30 minutes a day.and you should easily lose all the weight you wish to lose !!
p.s : did you know you could actually die eating as low as 300 calories per day ? I literally jumped off my chair when i went through that part where you told you've been consuming 300 calories a day.that was horrible.please be sensible and eat around 1000-1200 calories per day.

You body is trying to keep you alive on a 300 (?!?!?!?) calorie diet. You need to eat. Use a tape measure not just a scale.
By the way, 110-105= 5 pounds.

For one, you need to eat more calories than 300. More like 1200. You haven't lost any weight because your body is in survival mode. It thinks it is staving on a deserted island. So it keeps all the fat it can thinking it won't find more nutrition. So in fact, you need to give your body what it needs, nutrition. Hope this has helped.

You've probably built up a bit of muscles so don't you worry. If you think that you look thinner then your diet is working.
Congratulations!
