I know that it is unsafe to lose weight quickly and you are likely to gain it all straight after you lose it - and - I know to lose weight successfully you have to lose it slowly (about 2lbs a week max) So with all that in mind, please can you tell me the fastest way to lose the most amount of weight (fat). What have you tried with successful results? I am just doing some research, don't actually plan to do this! Thanks = )

the fastest way to lose 'weight' is , well , you can find a lot of crash diets and those gimmick plans and those crappy products.they really do help you lose weight , only that's water weight or muscles.you can't lose 'fat' with these gimmick diets cuz all these diets make you eat crap and all you lose is water.

and if you want to know the fastest way to lose 'fat' , you might as well just get a saw and cut off one of your leg or something.cutting both will actually help you lose more.i'm not kidding.that's truly the fastest way if you want to get rid of fat.

or liposuction , if cutting-off-leg sounds stupid.only i don't think you would be willing to go through liposuction cuz it doesn't sound like you weigh ALOT.

the way the normal people lose fat NATURALLY is eating right and working out.a pound of fat is equal to 3500 calories.so to lose one pound ( of fat ) you need to make a calorie defiicit of 500.like cut out 250 calories from your diet and burn 250 calories working out.do this for a week and you can easily get rid of one pound of fat.to lose a couple of pounds , cut off 500 and burn 500 with exercise and you should lose two pounds in a week.that's the way NORMAL people go for.so if you're trying to lose weight and you count yourself in normal people , you should go for this.

otherwise you have crash diets and loads of products and a saw , of course.choose whatever you wish to.

You need to lift weights. This doesn't burn a lot of calories but it increases your resting metabolism - so you burn more weight even as you sit, eat, or sleep.

So a combination of cardiovascular workout, moderate lifting, and a good diet will go a long way in reducing your weight. Don't starve yourself, just choose to eat healthier.

So instead of french fries try a baked potato. Instead of fried chicken go with roast chicken. Instead of pasta with a lot of cheese sprinkle a little cheese (or do without).

Now that doesn't mean you don't eat fried chicken, it just means you don't eat it as often.

I have a problem with portion control so I always look for alternative foods that I can eat more of and that in combination with exercise helped me lose 20 pounds of fat in two months which is a fairly healthy rate.

I started taking diet pills that were perscribed by a doc, eating right and doing as much exercise as possible. In one month I had lost 10lbs. It worked and I wasnt killing myself doing it.
